What's Next...

Arrival & Check-In:

You and your group should plan to check in at the reception area of GlenPharmer Distillery 15 minutes prior to your tour time. If your group is not checked in at or before your scheduled tour time, the tour will start without you and you will not be allowed to join. If this happens, we will try to accommodate your group on the next available tour time, if space allows or at some future date.  Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if any of the proposed rescheduling options are unacceptable.

Your tour and tasting will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and will go over the history of our distillery along with a first-hand visit in our bonded production area to take a closer look at our Mashing, Fermenting, Distilling, Bottling & Barreling operations.  Each guest who is 21 years of age or older will have the opportunity to sample several of our award-winning spirits.  Each guest will receive a free custom-made GlenPharmer Distillery tasting glass.

Please wear flat, closed-toed shoes as we will be walking into a production area that may have uneven surfaces.

You must bring your Driver’s License or Government-Issued ID as no one will be allowed on the tour without it - no exceptions.

 

Location & Parking:

GlenPharmer Distillery is located at 860 West Central Street, Franklin, Massachusetts 02038.  Our distillery is just off of Exit 43 (old Exit 17) of I-495. We have a large parking lot behind the distillery. We are also a short walk from the Forge Park Commuter Rail Station, which is the last stop on the Franklin Line of the “T”.

Additional Guests:

We may not be able to accommodate additional guests on the day of the tour, as we try to keep our tour groups small to ensure the best tour experience for everyone. Please call in advance to inquire or book online.

Pets:

We will gladly welcome licensed service animals. Otherwise, pets are not allowed.

Additional Information:

GlenPharmer Distillery is a non-smoking facility, including the patio and covered bridge areas.

As a distillery, we distill and serve spirits. Not beer. Not wine.

No outside alcohol is allowed onsite.
